"Brad is a superb agent and we had a really positive experience working with him on our recent move! "When I first started looking for a new home and getting into the housing market as a first time buyer I was nervous about all the unknown processes and paperwork especially in the current housing market. I contacted a friend who had recently sold and purchased a new house and they had mentioned that Brad had helped them and was very helpful and friendly with buying and selling their property and was great to work with during the entire process. I contacted Brad and we had a great first time meeting about what my needs and wants were when looking for my first home along with providing a specific end date that I needed to be out of my current apartment. Brad was fantastic with going over all details of a home purchasing deal and what all of the best options would be in every specific situation, because of this I felt a lot better about the home buying process. Any time that I had a question Brad was always quick to answer which also made the overall process less stressful. After a short amount of time looking and placing offers on specific homes the loan officer that I was using unfortunately was not very responsive and this caused delays in my ability to place offers for homes. Seeing this situation Brad was able to suggest a new loan group that he was familiar with and had a great working relationship with. Brad helped me to get in contact with the new loan group and the overall experience was like night and day; I went from hardly any contact to all of my questions were answered quickly and I ended up getting a much better deal on my home loan!
